About Dorothy DeClute

Dorothy DeClute lives in Toronto Canada with her husband Gerry. She specializes in coaching small business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs, individuals in career transition and corporate executives.

Her career began with Deloitte's in their Small Business Division.  This early introduction to the start-up of many small businesses and to the importance that strategic planning played in their success captured her interest and became the driving force in her career direction.

Among her business successes were her years as Vice President of Sandbury Homes, as President of Wiltshire Canada and Director of International Marketing, for the parent company McPherson's and as the Co-Founder of Team DeClute, one of the most successful Re/Max Teams in Canada.

Always leading the way with creative business strategies and strong team building skills, Dorothy was known in all of these positions and industries as an inspiring mentor, astute consultant and empowering coach.  As a mother of two, Dorothy is also well versed, from a lifetime of experience and keen personal interest, in strategies for achieving work/life happiness.  In addition to family, her life is enriched by a love of skiing, golf, travel and learning!

With a career history as a CPA,CGA and part of the Mentor Coach Community, Dorothy utilizes many cutting edge assessment tools to augment the coaching process and form part of the "Stepping Stones you need, to achieve the success you deserve".
